If you get a taste of an amazingly delicious chocolate cake, and ask for the recipe, and are given the recipe, and follow the recipe exactly as written, then you should have made the same amazingly delicious chocolate cake. It should look and taste the same as the original recipe. However, if you're given the recipe and you decide to change some ingredients, cooking temperature or cooking time, then you MIGHT get an amazingly delicious chocolate cake, but it will look and taste different. It could be better or worse than the original, but most likely, it's not going to be as good. The same things applies to your business...if you are given the plan and strategy, and you follow it exactly the way it is supposed to be, then you should get the same results. However, if you are given the plan and strategy for your business, but if you do not follow it exactly, make some changes, take out parts.... then for sure you will not get the same results. You results MIGHT be better, but more likely your results will not be as good as the original.
