I’ve also talked about the importance of getting to know your subscribers better.

For example, you can use surveys to help you write emails that give your subscribers what they want and also to segment your lists more effectively.

The more you get to know about your subscribers, the better you will be able to serve them.

So there are many reasons to conduct a survey, such as:

Find out their biggest issues and concerns
Get suggestions on what to write about
Find out more about them
Get their feedback on something you have done

It is easy to use and it is free for a set number of questions and responses.
