“I hate men.”

My friend..Megan, 

went through a rough break-up recently.

She had been dating this guy for 2 years.

They had been living together,

 and there were even whispers about “a ring”.

Still..

They ended up separating ways. 

She was really upset about the whole thing,

 and had denounced all men “forever”.

I always find this type of talk ridiculous. 

She just needed to meet someone new. 

But..she was not in a “listening” mood.

I saw her a few months later, 

and surprisingly..

...she looked cheery. 

Optimistic..Dare I say… even Happy?

She was now dating a guy she had met from work.

I had been waiting for this.

“So they aren’t that bad after all.”

I had a grin on my face as I said it.

“Oh there is no such thing as perfect angels. 

You just have to find one that works for you.”

Couldn’t agree more.
