I don’t know if you know my story but I can give you a quick rundown.

When I just moved to this country, I was homeless. I was supposed to be staying
on campus but they somehow overbooked the dorms and I ended up being homeless.

Young Naïve adult with Nowhere to stay in a city I did not know.

I could remember walking the streets of downtown Atlanta, begging anyone who would listen

Asking If they had a place I could crash. I just needed a roof over my head.

I was faced with two options, stay and make a way to go through school or give up and 

Fly back home to the West Indies, in the Caribbean  and quit. 

From a young age failure was never an option in my world.

So you guessed it I stayed and persevered and worked my but off.

Not too many persons know that story about me. 

Truth be told, I was ashamed by it. I was ashamed to say I was homeless.

However, I don’t feel shamed sharing it with you.

Today I live a very comfortable life in the Pacific Northwest. I now enjoy helping persons

Become their best.

I’ve been very blessed and it’s now my duty to now share blessings with others.
