He goes by the name Richard Heart and his crypto chain is called PulseChain. The lead coin on there is called Pulse (PLS) but the one he created first and foremost, even before PulseChain is called HEX.

The original HEX coin, created in Dec 2019, was meant to work on Ethereum and produce much less gas fees. It does this, but now the PulseChain ecosystem has been created so it works on that network too for even less fees.

But Richard is a bit of a controversial character and has been called the "Donald Trump of Crypto".
