They Have changed to a system they call share Tech Profit program.

The Share-Tech Profit Program is a 5x5 matrix in which you can earn $1 for every E-Pack purchased by members in your matrix.    And you can earn $1 from each direct referral that buys an E-Pack; plus you earn $0.25 from each indirect referral that buys an E-Pack. When you become an EA by purchasing an E-Pack, you get a LOCKED position in your matrix.
