Hello,

We make decisions daily – from getting out of bed to spending time on social media.

Most of us are indecisive, which leads to little progress. We’re all programmed to follow the system, but it’s time to break free.

Here’s an exercise to help:

  1. Grab a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle.
  2. Write "Goals" at the top and list your top goals.
  3. On the left, write "Further" and on the right, "Closer."
  4. Now, categorize your activities – do they bring you closer to or further from your goals?

For example:

  • Watching YouTube = further.
  • Reading Think and Grow Rich = closer.

This simple exercise will help you focus on what truly moves you toward your dreams.
