My Wife's Twin's Puzzle - Part One

A man was walking in the street and noticed that another man was looking at him in a strange way

The first man tried to distance himself from the second man, but every time the first man kept his distance from the second man, the second man kept following the first man and looking at him in a strange way.

Every time the first man went to the right, the second man follows him to the right

Every time the first man went to the left, the second man follows him to the left

The first man got nervous from the second man because he keeps following him wherever he goes

The following conversation took place between them

The first man: What's wrong with you, man???!!! Why do you follow me and look at me in this strange way? Do you know me before???!!!

The second man: I don’t know you, but you look so much like someone I know

The first man: Who is this person that I look so much like him???!!!

The second man: You look so much like my wife. Anyone who sees my wife and sees you thinks that you are my wife's twin

The first man: What are you talking about, man? Say something else. Is it possible that I look so much like your wife that people will think that I am her twin???!!! Take a close look at my face. I am sure that you will find a difference between me and your wife

The second man looked at the first man's face carefully, from top to bottom and from right to left, and then answered the first man.

The second man: There is only one difference between you and my wife

The first man: What is this difference???!!!

The second man: -----------------
