I look at it differently.

Over the last four to five weeks, I've watched something unfold inside Zilara and our Power Team that convinced me to stop looking elsewhere and focus.
We burnt the boats.
Not because success is guaranteed.
Not because there's some magic button.
But because a group of experienced leaders made a decision to remove the distractions, lock arms and build ONE TEAM with ONE direction.
And that changes everything.

But numbers aren't actually what excites me most.

Zilara's compensation structure includes a customer matrix component.
Under the plan illustration we've been working from, a qualifying customer position can participate in that matrix, and a fully developed matrix is illustrated with potential reaching up to $32,000 USD per month, subject to the company's eligibility, qualification and compensation-plan rules.
