The past few days I have been reading,

that have helped me reflect on my own

personal development.

Once we decide to better ourselves, we

don't often realize the work involved in

the process...many times as we  go through

and start developing, we discover that

there's  more beneath the surface that has

to be dealt with.

When you make that decision to improve

yourself, understand that you have to get

brutally honest with yourself about what it

is you know you need to work on.
