“You deaf or something?”

Today i like to tell you a story.

As a group of frogs were traveling through the woods, two of them fell into a deep pit.

The other frogs gathered around the pit and saw just how deep it was.

They didn’t want their unfortunate friends to suffer in agony.

So, they yelled towards the bottom of the pit and told them to not bother trying to get out. There was no hope.

However, the frogs inside the pit chose to ignore these words and started jumping as high as they could to get out.

Despite their efforts, they were still nowhere close.

Their friends continued to tell them to stop trying.

Eventually, one of the frogs took heed to their words and gave up, falling to his death.

The other continued to jump as hard as he could, and after countless attempts, finally managed to muster all his strength and made it out.

When he got out, his friends asked, “Did you not hear us?”

The frog explained that he was deaf. He thought they were encouraging him the whole time.

If only I had the same “blessing” as this frog when I was first starting to build my online business.

I would have never had to listen to the opinions of everyone around me who told me to give up on my dreams routinely and filled me with doubt.

It took me a long time to mentally block out all the outside noise.

But when I did, everything changed.
