DatePlus decided to host their crowdsale through series of rounds. Each round will have its own
limited number of tokens and each has its own price structure. Every round is given a maximum limit of
3 days to complete and every new round is followed by a successful previous round. If the total tokens
dedicated to a round are sold out, before the 3me limit, then we automa3cally move on to the
subsequent round. Unsold tokens aGer the 3me frame are going to be burned down at each round. The

We are planning to list our tokens in at least 3 exchanges by the end of crowdsale. We planned in such
a way that for every 5-successful rounds a new exchange will follow, this way by the end of 15th round
we should reach our promised number of exchanges. We will try and list our tokens in more exchanges
before our mobile applica3on gets in to the market i.e. by the end of 1st quarter of 2018.
