What would you do if you had an unforseen expense come up right now?

Maybe it was something small, maybe something bigger.  But what if you 

had a second long term residual income that would have it covered.

 That happened to me twice in the last 3 weeks alone.  My wife was in a 

bad car accident and totaled her car and is leaving us with medical bills 

upon medical bills.  And then today our furnace shit the bed.  That's 

$3,000 right there.  If I didn't have this second income to help I don't know

what I would have done.  My family and I would be without heat in the dead

of winter and my wife wouldn't have gotten another car to replace hers.
