Are we giving away commissions?

Basically yes.  

Our ad rotator randomly places new members of team under existing PAID TW members of the 1K Team.

There are plenty of people who've been paid and they haven't done anything other than sign-up.  

Can we guarantee this?  

Nope can't, but it's happening.

At the very least we try our best.  

Our "best" is way better than most.  

We are on 100's of sites daily and have ads all over the place promoting for our members.
