How do you think that I felt when I realised
that my BillaBong just wasn't
cutting it any more.

My sales had dropped
My conversions, well my
conversions were not happening and
then I realised 

If my BillaBong wasn't cutting it then
neither was any other part of
my business

This was big trouble
