Hi Theodore here, Yes that's right. As a free member you can add up to 3 sites. You will also be able to earn $4 commissions as a free member when someone upgrade under you. As a paid member you can add as many sites as you want. As a paid member you will be able to earn $10 commissions from every upgraded member. The upgrade cost is a one time fee of only $19.95.
