In Phase One, Level 1 need 3 people and it cost me $1.65 x 3 = $4.95

Note; I can make 3 more positions OR I can PIF someone.

In Phase One, level 2 need 9 people and it cost me $1.65 x 9 = $14.85  

Note; I can make 9 more positions OR I can PIF someone.

In Phase One, level 3, need 27 people to complete the Matrix, $1.65 x 27 = $44.55

Note; I can make 27 more positions OR I can PIF someone.

My cost to reach Phase one, level 3 are $4.95 + $14.85 + $44.55 = $64.35
