Why It's Better To Be Your Own Boss

Why it's better to be your own boss

Some people prefer to be an employee.

They want to be part of an organization that someone else created. They like to have a boss lay out their daily instructions for them. They need to be given deadlines. They appreciate having someone watch over their shoulder all day.

I don't know about you, but that lifestyle never appealed to me.

For one thing, I've always been a creative person. I wanted to work on my own dreams – not someone else's. It's a joy to come up with my own ideas and release them into the world.

Plus, I HATE being given deadlines and rigid instructions. I like having the freedom to do whatever things I want and do them my OWN way.

I've always preferred to be my own boss.

Sure, it can be lonely being at the top with no co-workers and no one watching over my shoulder - but it's very rewarding to know that I'm helping my customers and clients.

Now, being my own boss doesn't mean I don't work very hard. In fact, I work harder than I probably ever would in a job.

But the difference is I can do WHATEVER work I choose, I can work with WHOMEVER I choose, and I have total freedom to work WHENEVER and WHEREVER I choose.

I don't have to clock in at 9 and clock out at 5. If I want to take a day off to spend with family, I don't have to ask for permission. And if I feel like getting some work done at 2 a.m., I can do that too.

Best of all, because my business is online, I can operate it from anywhere in the world where I have a laptop and an internet connection. I'm not chained to an office cubicle.

If that sounds like the lifestyle you want to live, I want to introduce you to my friend Carolina Millan.

She used to work in a boring corporate job, and she knew it wasn't for her. She always wanted to be her own boss, but she just didn't know how to make the transition.

Then she discovered something called the Laptop Lifestyle System

It's a fully online business model that pays out commissions of up to $20,000 per sale, and doesn't require anything more than a laptop and an internet connection. In fact, it's the same system that I use in my own business, and I couldn't be happier.
