First: Accept that adversity is part of our life
We face it every single day but that doesn't mean
that it's not a positive thing!

Bad people give you experience.
Worst people give you a lesson.
And best people give you memories." - Zig Ziglar
We should embrace adversity as it makes us stronger!
Second: Find the lesson hidden in adversity
"Sometimes, Adversity is what you need in Order to
Become Successful" - Zig Ziglar
For us to go forward, facing new challenges, thus adversity,
is what takes us to new heights!
Third: Learn the alternatives to overcome the adversity
“Everything happens for a reason”.
Those challenges makes us bring our game to another level!
Everything that has a reason to happen will happen!
Forth: Evaluate the options faster
Most of the time, we do not proceed further because
we simply do not know what are the options available to us.
We need to assess fast in our best judgement to give
our best to always proceed in a positive way!
"Strive for Progress, not Perfection"
Fifth: Make uncertainty interesting.
"Take Risks: If you win, you will be happy; If you lose, you will be wise."
Sixth: List down the values of overcoming the adversity
If we have core values, much more easily will we
be able to overcome any kind of adversity!
