Counselling, on the other hand, tends to be more short-term and focuses on specific issues, such as stress or anxiety. Both therapy and counselling are designed to help people understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours better.
One of the main benefits of therapy and Online Counseling is that they provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to talk about their problems. This space allows people to share their experiences without fear of judgment or criticism. A therapist or counsellor is trained to listen actively, ask questions, and provide support and guidance.
