A Tale Of Two Friends 

So two friends got to talking about how to make some extra money. Both wanted similar things. Their “bucketlist”included vacations/cruises to exotic locations, pay off their mortgage, buy the house of their dreams, help family and friends financially, be debt free, a sizeable slush fund, permanent monthly income so they could enjoy the lifestyle of their choosing.  Some things on this list are on your list as well no doubt. 

So the discussion then was how to increase their cash flow significantly enough to acquire those things on their lists. 

They both wrote out compelling reasons why they would put in the time and effort to make it happen. 

One chose to purse a network marketing opportunity recommended by a friend who had met with some success, a few hundred dollars a month but bragged of the thousands  she would be making in the near future. It sounded like a sure thing. 

The other chose “the road less traveled” and aligned himself with a private group of of entrepreneurs who had been helping people achieve financial freedom for the past 18 years using a proven and  simple cash leveraging system. 

They both agreed to meet up in 6 months and compare notes which they did. The network marketer had met with a modicum of success. She  was very busy building a group, although it was frustrating having to keep replacing the ones that kept dropping out. It was also costing her $150/mo for product purchases to maintain her level in the company and receive a check  which she justified because she loved the products. 

She was told that the really successful distributors, the ones making the big money, all went to the annual convention which would cost her about two thousand dollars for travel, accommodation and food etc money she did not have. Some of her friends and family were not speaking to her because she had followed the training and approached all of them about her new business urging them to buy the products. 

They talked honestly and openly at this six month meeting about their progress to date. He was sympathetic and supportive with her about her less than stellar start in her business. She shared that she could see now that it would take several years of determined effort to achieve some good income. She asked him how he was doing so far. He was hesitant to share with her. 

He was hesitant to share because his experience was the opposite of hers. He had received so much cash he had already achieved a number of items on his bucket list, without having to bug his family and friends “to join a company” or “buy products”  because there was no products to buy or sell in his activity.  

She was flabbergasted and couldn’t believe what he was telling her. She wanted to know how this was possible, that he could have received more cash in his first month or two then she earned in the past six months. She was very curious to hear how he did this. He said, like her, all he did was follow his training which was to hand out a phone number with a 7 minute recorded overview. Her jaw dropped a foot!

She immediately tackled him and wrestled him to the ground demanding the phone number. lol
