The Wizard of Oz didn't start out as the perennial classic it has since become. The film did respectable business, but it wasn't until its debut on television that this family favorite.
Members of our team are a lot like this movie. We have all the characters, all the challenges, all the disappointments, all the drama and we definitely didn't start out as a successful team.
Through all the struggles and all the experiences we finally arrived at the castle. One after the other we all enjoyed the journey. We continue to grow, learn and develop.
