His subheadline would probably read, "this is a limited time offer time is running out!" Then you would see a scarcity timer running at the bottom of the squeeze page.

The point I am trying to make here is if you know deep down that whatever it is that you are promoting is not going to work but if you can sucker someone into buying it just to get a fat commission, then you are probably going down that slippery slope into selling a part of your precious soul to make a buck. I would have no problem promoting web hosting, a squeeze page builder, or an autoresponder to the Prince Of Peace because I know that He is going to need these three things to have an online presence.

You can make money online without selling your soul by selling products or services that people will actually benefit from. The make money online niche has such a sullied reputation because a few marketers want to take advantage of the naivety and desperation of people who need more money to survive. It is not amoral to want a better lifestyle. You can make money online by taking surveys, selling items on eBay, or selling eBooks on Amazon if you have a knack for writing
