The compensation plan is a 2-up system where your first two sales (known as qualifier sales) are passed up to your sponsor. Everybody has to make these 2 qualifier sales before they can start their first income leg which means the longer you are active in the system, the more likely it is you will actually make a good chunk of money.

The total cost to join is a one-time $19; $9 is for your hosting (i.e. the cost of hosting your affiliate pages) and the remaining $10 goes to your sponsor.

Everybody in your income legs will see your full page ad for 25 seconds each time they log in, for the first two weeks of their membership. While this can boost signups in other programs you belong to, it can get boring after your downlines have seen the same ad a dozen times, especially if they went ahead and joined whatever system you are advertising. (For this reason, I recommend putting several ads in a rotator, and using the rotator as your ad link.)

After two weeks, each member will begin to see ads from another random member when they log in. This is great to boost your advertising reach, especially if you are not a big promoter.

There is a member contributions section where members who have referred a lot of people share their methods. This material is freely available to all members.

Affiliate resources are very helpfully grouped into 2 sections - newbies, and "not my first rodeo".
