Take the physical challenge...I triple dog dare you!

Back in the day...I mean when I was in high school, I used to watch a show called "Double Dare".

Top that with my favorite Christmas movie as "A Christmas Story" where the infamous Triple Dog Dare comes up!

Both dealt with physical challenges!
While in many cases attempting to do something often comes down to what is going on in your head, more often then not it really just comes down to the physical act of doing something.
Like just freaking do it already.
Sometimes we have to get out of our own way and just up and do it.
Get out of our comfort zones....While I know sometimes that is often easier said than done and looks simple on paper, you truly need to get out of your comfort zone if you want to see growth.
Hell, your first times might look like crap, though over time you learn, get more comfortable and get better and better.
Think about how many times babies fall over, stumble, face plant and just do not look right walking, though before you know it they seem to be sprinting around the room.
That could be you as well.
Take the physical challenge!
I triple dog dare you to take this challenge right here:
Shoot me one 30 second video telling me either (or both) what you have learned from being on my list/team or what you want to learn from me.
I am in the process of creating a new site/product for newbies so if you are newbie, what it is you want to know to become successful or if you have been around for a while what is something you wish you new earlier or that all newbies should know when they are starting out.
Just use the link to shoot the video:

Break through your comfort zone now and take the physical challenge of shooting a video...whether it's your first or your 50th, you will keep getting better and more comfortable as you make them.
Let's do this!
