About Me
Extra Super Zhewitra is a medication that combines two active ingredients: vardenafil and dapoxetine. Vardenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), while dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used to treat premature ejaculation (PE). Vardenafil belongs to a class of medications known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by inhibiting the action of the enzyme PDE5, which is responsible for the degradation of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in the smooth muscle cells lining the blood vessels of the penis. By inhibiting PDE5, vardenafil helps to increase the levels of cGMP, leading to smooth muscle relaxation and increased blood flow into the penis, which results in an erection.
