Let's face it we all love free advertising but free is not great if it is not a good site.
So what makes a good site?
The things to look for when you consider joining a new site are:
The site owner is active
The site is always growing i.e. new fresh eyeballs
Your ads get seen
Freebie members are not ignored and personally I love it when as a free member I can still earn commissions
The site owner is regularly adding new features
Support tickets are answered quickly
Commissions are paid
The site owner has experience and has been online for a while
Worth noting is that life membership is no good if the owner hasn’t got a great reputation i.e. here today and gone tomorrow
As a guide, it's a good idea to join sites only from owners you know, or someone you know recommends them; if this is not the case then simply google the site owner’s name.
