Listen. I get it. You may not end up in the same company forever.
I am currently nearly 7 years in this industry and I've been in 4. (My current one for 2 years).
But when a "top leader" joins a new company EVERY SINGLE YEAR.
With the same message:
"This is it...
This is the one...
This it the best comp plan...
We are disrupting the industry..."
Only to move on a few months later and then totally CAST #SHADE on the previous MLM...RUN!!
Like seriously. RUN
Stop following leaders taking deals
I know of one particular leader who is predatorily "frogging" it from deal to deal, saying they make six figure their FIRST MONTH in XYZ Company.... only to later explain they didn't even make six figures their previous YEAR in XYZ company!

Sometimes you have to make a switch.
But I'm begging you.
Do research.
Don't be lead by hype.
Look at results.
Look at history.
Consider it ALL!
