About Me
Hello There,
My name is Roland but also go by the name of "Roly".Have been retired for some 17 years having worked in the Financial World, Banking, all my working life. I have very recently become a widower having lost my dear wife on 14 April,2017 after 51 years 7 months married life and needless to say this is absolutely traumatic to adjust as others who have experienced this will confirm.
Having been very sports orientated actively participating in Cricket, Rugby and Golf all the years. I unfortunately incurred a serious knee injury in Rugby and now after 49 years had to undergo a knee replacement operation 3 years ago. It is amazing how well this has healed. I have full functionality in the knee without any pain or having to use crutches on any other support. Have not played golf for some 5 years because of the knee but hope to start again shortly.
