About Ian Barwell

I am a husband, father, grandfather and was a police officer for 35 years! I have 3 beautiful children, 2 handsome and talented grandsons, and 3 beautiful granddaughters. I am addicted to the game of golf and you can find me with every spare minute I have on the golf course trying to perfect my golf swing! I enjoy eating out with my family and to laugh out loud with my friends. Lastly, I am becoming more health conscious as I grow older and believe that you should treat your body and mind to the nourishment they deserve!
