I might be dating myself, but, that old Billy Crystal bit always cracked me up.


My question for you today is how do you look to your prospects? How’s that first impression?


One thing that My Mentor drilled into my head was that my prospects were buying ME, first.


Her point was that I needed to create a positive relationship with a new prospect as quickly as possible. The F.O.R.M. process is designed to make this a quick and easy process. Asking them questions, focusing the conversation on them… magic!


Most people, with just a little practice, can get really good at making a great first impression.


Where most people FAIL, is creating that first impression of your opportunity.


The biggest single mistake people make is to dump too much information on a new person. They overload someone with tons of details about the products or compensation plan.


The first impression of your business is that it is complicated! Not good.


And it doesn’t end there, let’s say they do sign up, the next step could make or break a new person’s career!


The first impression of your business system is everything.


Here is a secret: Don’t tell them about your business system, walk them through it and make them some money!
