You can jump to JVZoo, Clickbank or Warrior Plus and "grab" a product to promote BUT without a list and low budget where will you promote your affiliate link.

Free Safelists and Traffic Exchanges?...Good Luck...and even if you manage a sale the buyer's email address will go on the product creators list 99% of the time.
