I am gonna go on a little rant today. My pet peeve is when you put thousands of dollars worth of deposits into a bank and they wont help you out with some funds when you need new equipment, need to knock down a wall to expand, move to a bigger location ect. They will not lend you the money to help you. They have made thousands off of your deposits but wont help you. I wanted to make it my mission to make sure small businesses had someone they could come to when they needed funds for their business. Small business owners are the backbone of this nation and are the last ones that will ask for help. Since that is the case many times they wait too long to try and get the funds they need and they are not good risks for the banks. I wanted to provide help to as many of those folks as possible. 

There are many predator lenders and hard money lenders that will take advantage of a person when they are down on their luck like that so I have made sure the lenders I work with are quality lenders that charge decent prices for the money they lend out. If you are in a bad spot or need money to expand I would love to speak with you.  If you are someone who thinks they would love to make money helping business owners get the funds they need we should talk also.
