Leased Ad Space
More millionaires have been made in real estate than any other business. How do they do that. Many of them use leverage. How do they use leverage you ask? Lets say for example you have 100k you can invest. You have 1 building you can purchase for 100k but you have also found another deal that will make you a ton of money with also. Why not put 50% or 50k of that money down and borrow the other 50k with a 50% loan. That frees up your other 50k to purchase the other building as well. So rather than having 1 property worth 100k you now have 2 properties worth 200k to flip and double your money. Naturally you will need to do your homework and make sure the deals make sense but you are not planning on holding these properties forever.
