Good news... As the pandemic lingered on, back in March 2021 the "American Rescue Plan Act" was signed by the U.S. Government, providing additional Covid-19 relief packages for U.S. businesses. Specifically, this new legislation amended, expanded and enhances the "CARES Act Employee Retention Credit ERC"

Because of this amendment, business owners who received PPP loans are also eligible to receive ERC. ERC are available for partial 2020 and partial 2021. ERC is called a "tax credit" but can be received as a CASH payment from the IRS/US Treasury

There is no dollar limit on the amount a business can receive and there are no requirements on how this money can be spent.

Originally it just applied to 2020, however, the "American Rescue Plan Act ARPA" extended the program into 2021. There is a limited time available for U.S. businesses to apply for REFUNDS from the U.S. Government [2024] and I am looking for hard working lead generation experts who help me find QUALIFIED U.S. Business Owners to hand out money to them from the U.S. Government.
