His early professional experience included internships with the New York Mets, Turner-Gary Sports, and the Detroit Tigers. At the New York Mets, Menzin worked in Corporate Sales and assisted with client relations, corporate activations, sales support, stadium tours, and game-day operations. At Turner-Gary Sports, he spent two years in Baseball Operations, supporting salary arbitration preparation, statistical analysis, market evaluation, and free-agent strategy.
