You don't have a clear Unique Selling Proposition.

If you don't know why somebody should want to buy a product or service from your internet business and not your competition, then how can you expect your potential customer to know? Knowing and presenting your unique selling proposition effectively will set you apart from every other online business where your prospect could easily go to your competition to buy from and fulfill his or her needs.

Your customers cannot contact you.

Make sure it is easy for your customers to contact you if they want to. Show your contact page on your main navigation bar and make sure you include a contact email and ideally, a telephone number.

Your website does not reflect your personality.

Your online credibility is an ongoing process and something that you will continually be building and maintaining. Your prospects should feel like they know you and can trust you. Your online business should have a personality that reflects you and everything you do should reflect it.
