Mình từng nghĩ mua phụ kiện ô tô ở đâu cũng giống nhau chỉ cần gần nhà, giá hợp lý là xong. Nhưng sau khi chạy vòng vòng qua gần chục địa điểm ở TP.HCM, mình mới nhận ra: sự khác biệt giữa các cửa hàng phụ kiện xe hơi lớn hơn mình tưởng rất nhiều.

Bắt đầu từ một lần mua nhầm

Câu chuyện bắt đầu khi mình cần tìm phụ kiện đồ chơi ô tô để nâng cấp chiếc xe sau gần 3 năm sử dụng. Ban đầu, mình ghé vào một cửa hàng nhỏ ở quận 12 vì tiện đường. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, nhưng khi hỏi sâu về xuất xứ sản phẩm thì câu trả lời khá mơ hồ. Mình vẫn mua và hai tuần sau, miếng dán cách nhiệt bong tróc, camera hành trình bị lỗi kết nối.

Mất tiền, mất công đi đổi. Đó là lúc mình quyết định dành thời gian thực sự tìm hiểu trước khi chi tiền cho lần sau.

Tiêu chí mình dùng để so sánh các cửa hàng

Qua nhiều lần ghé thăm trực tiếp, mình tổng hợp lại những điểm cốt lõi tạo nên sự khác biệt giữa một cửa hàng phụ kiện oto uy tín và một nơi chỉ bán cho xong:

Khi ghé AKauto - Mình thấy sự khác biệt ngay từ bước vào

Trong hành trình "thử nghiệm thực địa" đó, mình ghé AKauto - Một trong những địa chỉ được nhắc đến khá nhiều khi tìm kiếm phụ kiện xe ô tô tại TP.HCM. Ấn tượng đầu tiên là không gian rộng, sạch, sản phẩm trưng bày theo từng danh mục rõ ràng từ camera hành trình, phim cách nhiệt, cho đến các thiết bị âm thanh và định vị.

• Nếu có thể, ghé trực tiếp ít nhất một lần để cảm nhận không gian và cách tư vấn.

Sau nhiều lần so sánh, mình nhận ra rằng một cửa hàng phụ kiện oto tốt không chỉ bán sản phẩm, họ bán sự an tâm. Bạn không cần đi hết tất cả mọi nơi như mình, nhưng ít nhất hãy dành thêm vài phút tra cứu trước khi quyết định. Chiếc xe của bạn xứng đáng được chăm sóc đúng cách, và bạn xứng đáng được mua hàng ở một nơi thực sự đáng tin.
