Ok so here is a simple analogy that explains the beauty of BitCoin Mining and AltCoin Mining..

Now many of us are involved or have been involved in Revenue Share programmes and what we do is purchase AdPacks and then compound our AdPacks to build more AdPacks to generate a bigger % of the revenue that the company shares.

Now with all these revenue share companies each AdPack that we purchase always has a limited life span that produces a certain % of profit. Usually its between 10% and 20% of the value of the AdPack.

So we compound and build our AdPacks until they expire and we start all over again. We also have to spend some time to watch Advertisements to qualify us for the revenue share which I think is a small price to pay for being able to make money in such an easy way.

So now lets look at BitCoin and AltCoin mining as part of this analogy.

What we have to do is to purchase Hash Power (Our AdPack) which is basically like buying a share of a bitcoin mining company. The more Hash Power we have the more bitcoin we receive.

So if I decide to purchase for example 10 TerraHash of mining power I am now going to earn a fixed amount of bitcoin that is paid to me everyday into my bitcoin wallet.
