Clienti TIM con addebiti anche per migliaia di Euro, la paradossale situazione che sta coinvolgendo tantissimi utenti. 

Utenti in allarme si riversano su pagine Facebook e centralini…

Tantissimi utenti Tim hanno visto il proprio credito residuo esaurito nell’arco di pochi minuti. Sembra una cosa poco sconvolgente, ma non lo è dato che la maggior parte si sono visti anche un debito di migliaia di euro. Ritrovarsi sul proprio credito residuo un addebito in negativo di 9.500 euro va un po’ oltre qualsiasi ipotesi plausibile. Questa la testimonianza di un utente che appena visto ciò accadere sul suo smartphone.
Ovviamente pensando si trattasse di un equivoco contatta il servizio di assistenza che spiega immediatamente la situazione. Dopo la stangata riservata ai clienti di linea fissa, che proprio questo mese hanno visto i primi rincari in bolletta, ci si poteva attendere degli aumenti anche per la rete mobile, ma non in questa maniera.

Le conseguenze

Utenti inferociti si sono riversati nella pagina Facebook ufficiale dell’operatore, segnalando i problemi nei commenti dei vari post e chiedendo direttamente spiegazioni a TIM. Ovviamente anche il numero 119 di assistenza clienti è stato invaso di telefonate cercando di capire ciò che stesse succedendo cercando la soluzione al problema. Dopo pochi istanti la società trova il problema e rispristina i vari errori ma rimane il fatto che tantissimi clienti TIM si ritrovano impossibilitati ad effettuare chiamate o navigare da smartphone in rete 4G a causa del credito negativo. Come già riportato da diverse segnalazioni il problema era già stato riscontrato in precedenza nell’ottobre 2016 a seguito di un difetto di sistema. Anche in quel caso TIM ha predisposto gli appositi rimborsi. L’errore era provocato da un temporaneo disallineamento dei sistemi commerciali. Come questa volta.
