around food and stayed consistent about
not eating sugar and processed foods.

I lost like 20 lbs.

Now then, the last few weeks I've been
slackin' and I've gained a few back..

The same bad results will happen if I
started behaving badly and I stopped
building my list and following up...

...I'd immediately notice that my income
decreases.

So, there you go..

First, learn what the behaviors are.

Second, get in the habit of doing them.
