Moyen – des influences et les pratiques orientales sont trouvées dans traditionnel Amarrez plats. Tandis que des Néerlandais et les influences portugaises sont trouvés avec la communauté de Burgher de l’île préservant leur culture par les favoris traditionnels tels que Lamprais (riz cuit en stock et cuit au four dans une feuille de banane), Breudher (Néerlandais Gâteau de Noël) et bolo Fiado (gâteau de couche de Portugais-modèle).
