I've tried a few co-ops so far but this one really seems to deliver, gotten referrals from it in the short period since I joined and there hasn't even been a bonus yet.

Only upgraded members links are shown with the co-op, advertised through multiple te's, mailers, purchased advertising from rotate4all, ptc's etc. The owner is also working on implementing search engine traffic.

Oh, and about the 500+ hits, seems more like 1000+

The bonus mentioned is that twice a month the owner also buys more traffic through part of revenue earned, this seems to be about 5000 extra views x2 at this moment. When more people join and upgrade there will be more revenue for advertising so it should remain good.
