Nevertheless, one cannot be a hundred percent sure that this drug soothes pain completely. Legalizing marijuana means that it can be used not only in medicine but also as entertainment. Moreover, smoking has a bad impact on the lung tissue. Smokers often die from cancer, as it is the source of carcinogens.

Considering everything mentioned above, I am for legalizing marijuana. One can help many patients suffering from pain by giving them marijuana. Its benefit in pain relief does not cause doubt.

In conclusion, legalizing marijuana has its positive and negative sides. When one makes it legal, one should analyze the well-being of the society. It is important to understand whether marijuana brings a positive effect or may increase the level of drug addiction.
